Busy Little Bee

Once again it's been a while since my last post. She is a very busy little bee! The little free time I get these days usually goes to things other than computer time.

We are all doing pretty good, we are trying to battle off a nasty cold/flu bug that has been going around.

Annabelle has been busy playing, growing and learning new things. She is quite the comedian, she loves to laugh and make others laugh.

John has been super busy with work and trying to study for his contractors license.

And I have been keeping busy watching Annabelle and growing her sibling (which we hopefully will find out what we are having tomorrow). Here are some pictures of Miss Belle waring her Daddy's hat.
I'm telling you, she just thinks she is hilarious! And if you start laughing with her it gets her going even more. It's great! I love that about her, we are always laughing.
Her cousins Logan got a little bike for his birthday and she was so into it I looked around and found a good deal on a little bike just right for her. She loves it!

Since it gets so hot here, I got Annabelle a little mat that fills with water and sprinkles out. At first I thought maybe she didn't like it but after a few minutes she figured out a creative way to stay cool.
She also used it as a drinking fountain

She was playing in her room the other day and was unusually quiet. So of course I go to check on her and I found her in her old swing, very relaxed, swaying back and forth. She did always love her swing.

So keep checking the blog this week, I'll hopefully find out what we are having tomorrow at my ultrasound appointment. I'll try to post it tomorrow or the next day.

Little Miss Naughty

I know it's been a while since my last post again. The older Annabelle gets the harder it seems to get free time. Plus I haven't been feeling well, I have had morning sickness that seemed to last most of the day. I think it has finally past though. I have been feeling so much better the last week. I had my first doctor appointment the end of April. They did an ultrasound so we got to see the baby. It was crazy to see this tiny little baby moving already, I was only 9 weeks! So the doc said everything looked good, my next appointment is at the end of May. Now to Miss Annabelle. So her cousin Logan turned 2 the beginning of May and I think she decided she was going to as well, at least take the attitude part. She has been such a little stinker lately. She actually just stomped her foot at me and gave me a mean face because I told her not to touch the keyboard. She also started hitting (me mostly), throwing tantrums and telling me no. So needless to say she has discovered timeouts which right now seem to be the only thing that some what works.
In these pictures she has no shirt on because she colored on it with a pen, and she has crazy hair because she took her pony tail out for like the 10th time that day. So I just let her be since it was almost time for bath. She also thought it would be fun to stand on her push car like she does on Logan's scooter.

So big! (She didn't know that I was holding the car still)
I got Annabelle some bath crayons, she loves them. She gets to color all over the tub, and it wipes off so easy she can even help clean up.
Annabelle helped daddy wash his truck while mommy cooked dinner. Good thing it was a hot day because she was soaked!

Annabelle loves her daddy's sugar cereals. Especially Captain Crunch with Crunch Berries. She is such a big girl she even eats them in milk with a spoon. This is what happened when she tried to pick up her bowl and realized it was stuck (suctioned), so she pulled harder until she got it unstuck. Milk and cereal went all over!
The bowl was a few feet further as well as more milk and cereal. So I don't use that bowl anymore and it hasn't rained Captain Crunch since.

An Exciting Weekend

After talking to a friend of mine we decided last Wednesday to go to Arizona on Friday to watch the Angels game on Saturday. We all had lots of fun. We met up with my friend Kelly and her family and friends at the game. Annabelle had a blast being outside all day. We all got a little sun burnt, John got hit by a ball in the knee while I was in the bathroom, and later he caught a ball. All in all it was a very exciting weekend, Annabelle even did pretty good with the four hour car ride there and back. And we had even more excitement the end of our weekend, we found out ANNABELLE IS GOING TO BE A BIG SISTER!
That's right! We're having a baby! I am due November 29. So we will have something to be extra thankful for this Thanksgiving. So now to the pictures. This is our family picture in front of the Angels sign.
Heading into the park, she is tired going in but got a boost of energy once she saw what her day looked like.
Annabelle in her Angels outfit.
We were sitting on a hill so we had to keep a close eye on Belle to make sure she didn't roll down the hill and also to watch for flying balls.
Sitting with Mommy
She loved climbing the stairs, which was okay until the game started and there were just way to many people.

John's injured knee. If you look close you can see the stitching from the ball. Not that I am glad he got hit, but I am so grateful it didn't hit Belle, that could have been a nightmare in so many ways. Daddy did a good job at protecting her.
Giving Mommy kisses.
I don't think we were in the car for much more than 5 minutes and she crashed. It was so cute, she was talking up a storm and all of a sudden she stopped and was out like a light. This helped with the drive home.
So John is already talking about going next year, thatwill be interesting with a new baby only a few months old. We may have to recruit some grandparents.

Catch Up Time

Since I went so long in between posts last time I have a lot of pictures, so I am just going to post some of the cutest ones.

So I got a pair of Ugg boots for Christmas, but they were back ordered so I didn't get them till the end of January. When I opened them Belle thought they should be for her. She kept trying to put them on, so I let her try. She liked it until she tried to walk and couldn't.

Daddy left his new work gloves out and once again she thought they were for her, she put the glove on all by herself, she thought she was so big!
Annabelle loves to dance! I just happened to have the camera out when one of her favorite commercials came on and she started dancing.
This was one of Belle's birthday presents, she loves it. She doesn't usually use it the way she is suppose to, oh well, what can I say, I have a creative daughter!

Annabelle is a very very busy girl. If she is awake, she is moving and and quite noisy, when she is still and quiet she is probably doing something naughty, and this was one of those times. We use to let her play in the pantry because we didn't think she could pull the drawer out or any of the heavy stuff on the bottom. Well she did, she pulled out the shelf and climbed in and was trying to throw everything out. This was another time she got into the pantry, I had left it open while making breakfast, and to her that was permission to play in there.
So she stacked the beans! Quite well too. She stacked three cans all by herself. I think someone might be ready for some blocks.

Happy 1st Birthday!

I know it's been a while since my last post. I have been so busy, mostly chasing Annabelle around, she is a very busy little girl.
Here are some pictures from her birthday party. She had lots of fun!
She loves her purse (thanks Grammie!). A girl can never have to many shoes or purses! She already has 4 of here own purses and has claimed 2 of mine.
Annabelle is such a goofball! She is always trying to make people laugh! She had the whole room laughing when she decided to try on some of her new clothes.
She thinks she is so funny, I think she might be her biggest fan.
Annabelle's birthday cakes made special for her by Mommy to match the invitations she picked.

She loves being the center of attention, so I thought she would love this part! Apparently not, she freaked out when everyone started singing to her! We had to cut the song short.

She quickly forgot the whole ordeal after she was aloud to dig into her cake all by herself.

This picture got a little out of sequence, this was after everyone stopped singing. Look at that sad face!
Annabelle had a great first birthday! Thanks to everyone who shared in this special day!
