And Then We Got Sick!

So after our crazy busy holidays, we got sick, well John and Belle did. I was left to take care of them both. My poor baby! This was as opened as her eyes were for about three days. She did a lot of sleeping, which was the best thing for her. Since the doctor said babies can't use any kind of cold medicine until 6yrs she was stuck to deal with a cough and very runny, stuffy nose. We just kept Tylonal in her to keep her 103 temp down. Poor baby, I felt so bad for her, and I couldn't do much for her, just love and snuggle her, which is about all we did for three days.
After she started to feel a little better, John came home from work early with no voice. This is how they spent the afternoon, which just happened to be or anniversary. Oh well.

They are both doing much better now. Belle is almost better, she just has a lingering cough, and John might need to get antibiotics but they are good. Hopefully I escaped the bug this time, thanks to Zicam, that stuff really works!

Christmas at Motor Papa's

This was the last of our Christmas celebration. We went to my parents for a late breakfast and spent Christmas day over there. Annabelle had a great first Christmas, thanks everyone! Let the chaos begin! Opening presents with Mommy.

Annabelle also had lots of fun playing with paper, and checking out her cousins toys. Annabelle also got a toy that Logan was quite fond of. They both did very good sharing their new toys.

Christmas Morning

Annabelle woke up about 7:30 Christmas morning and this is what she saw when she crawled into the living room. She started playing with her kitchen right away. John helped her open presents while I video taped (which is why there are no pictures of her opening presents). She did good the first couple ones but then was more interested in playing with her new toys. At least she had a little break before going over to Motor Papa's and Grandmas to open more presents. I'll post those next time.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was the start of two very busy days for us. We went over to John's parents after Belle's nap and spent the afternoon into the evening over there. Miss Annabelle got spoiled by all her grandparents. Thanks everyone!Annabelle and her Papa and Grammy
